POstpartum Fitness
Every mother’s journey back to exercise is completely different. Your physical and emotional strength play such an integral part in navigating life as a new Mama and the importance of self-care is vital in your new role.
So, whether these sessions are a necessity for your postpartum recovery or a very valid excuse to have the ‘me time’ you need, you will be guided safely into a movement routine that brings you joy, and celebrates all that your body can do.
Our Studio
Move with us at our boutique Personal Training studio located in the heart of downtown Squamish.
Our intimate studio allows for a completely private experience where you will have a certified Trainer guide you through a specialized movement programme to support your goals.
For our Postpartum Mamas, we have enough space for you to bring baby along during your session provided they are not yet mobile and comfy in their bassinet.
For those that prefer to move in the comfort of their home, we also offer online Personal Training sessions facilitated via Zoom.
