With a previous career in professional dance, Hannah has always been incredibly passionate about moving her body and leading an active, healthy lifestyle. When coaching her clients, she believes in building a strong foundation in both strength and mobility and focuses on functional movement to support her clients in a balanced movement practice. She is thrilled that she can now bring her knowledge and experience to the community in the work she does as the Owner of Invigorate.
Hannah’s tools include functional movement-based assessments, mobility, strength and conditioning and pre and postnatal fitness and rehabilitation. She loves working with her clients to discover and implement training that supports their lifestyle and leaves them feeling strong, confident and accomplished.
Quality Time and Food are her Love Languages, so when she’s not working you’ll find her cooking up a storm in the kitchen, preparing to be a new mum and exploring the great outdoors with her fiancé.
