BABY MAMA
postnatal strength class
With every mother’s journey back to exercise being completely different, this postnatal outdoor class can be taken at your own pace with individual coaching and support along the way. The class will include a thorough mobility warm-up, specific postnatal core rehabilitation and a full-body strength and conditioning workout. We’ll use medicine balls, dumbbells, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises to build strength in functional movement patterns to support your everyday activities. Finally, there’s always time for a gentle stretch and cool down to support your recovery.
Your physical and emotional strength play such an integral part in navigating life as a new Mama and the importance of self-care is vital in your new role. So, whether these classes are a necessity for your postpartum recovery or a very valid excuse to have the ‘me time’ you need, I will be there to guide you safely into a movement routine while providing a space for you to meet new Mama’s in the community.

As a new Mama myself to my daughter Isla, I totally understand the challenges that arise during the postpartum road to recovery and am I excited to share my journey with other new Mama’s in the community. Isla will be along for the classes so please bring your little one along to move with us in the beautiful fresh mountain air! Breastfeeding is welcome.
