I offer three corporate zoom classes to support your employees in their work-from-home lifestyle. Each class is designed to get your team moving and focuses on offsetting the imbalances associated with sitting at a desk.

Strength & Mobility for Desk Workers
This Mobility and Strength class starts with a thorough mobility warm-up and is followed by a strength workout to support your work-from-home lifestyle.
Bring whatever equipment you may have at home - feel free to be creative here! Kettlebells, dumbbells, food cans, filled water containers, sandbags, whatever you have about the house that can be used to load up movement patterns and build strength. There will be bodyweight alternatives should you need them. Finally, we’ll finish with a gentle stretch and cool down.
Whether you're coming to class for the first time or you’re a regular attendee, this class will leave you feeling great and is made for everyone.
