Warren Chow

mobility specialist & movement coach

Warren has always had an affinity for movement and fitness from a young age but didn’t start getting into movement, strength and conditioning seriously until 2011 when he began training and coaching Crossfit. As he progressed with coaching Crossfit and personal clients, he became more intrigued with how the human body manages and establishes control in movement

After rehabbing various injuries from his own training and helping clients recover from their injuries, his movement fascination took him down a path of mobility, functional conditioning and movement strength. When coaching his clients, one of Warren’s core beliefs is to ensure they understand the importance of moving with purpose and integrity - always move like you care.

Yes, you may recognize Warren from the big screen…when he’s not busy ‘nerding out’ on fitness and movement, he is also a professional actor who’s been in several television series and films.

What his client’s say

I’ve been training with Warren for over a year now, I didn’t want to lose my fitness levels when COVID hit, so socially distanced Personal Training seemed like a good option. Warren is the master of movement, as well as putting together tailored workouts which kick my ass in every session! I can genuinely say that I’m in the best shape I’ve even been, I’m stronger, more flexible and have a much greater workhorse capacity to get out there and do the activities I love. Each session is a full-body workout with a tailored warm-up. Warren’s expertise and deep knowledge of physics and anatomy are very clear. We’ve worked a lot on my flexibility and posture too, slowly introducing weights and new exercises at the right speed and in a structured way to avoid injury. Warren also gives me great advice on nutrition and approach to external exercise goals, whilst tailoring sessions specifically to help me achieve them. Whatever your fitness goals are, I can’t recommend him enough.

Meeting Warren Chow in early 2021 was a highlight of my year. I was looking for someone with conventional training experience, a philosophy of overall wellness and a strong connection with the body. During my onboarding, Warren took the time to get to know me, my body and what I wanted from my training. I knew early on in our relationship that we would work well together. I have been coached by Warren for just over 6-months and the results have been incredible. My flexibility is up. My strength is up. I am more in tune with my body than ever before.

Warren brings a unique style to his training which includes mindful movement, strength training and calisthenics. He takes the time to discuss what I want and tailors my program based on our ongoing discussions and how my body is responding. Warren always has everything well planned out and I appreciate how organized he is. From the time I step into the gym, until I leave, Warren keeps me focused and on track. I never get bored with my sessions and I never want to miss one either. So much so, that I plan my travel around my sessions whenever possible.

During my sessions Warren is very attentive and focused on what I am doing. He offers constant feedback and great encouragement. Warren is genuinely interested in how I am doing and constantly asks me for feedback about how he is doing. When I have a session scheduled it is the highlight of my day. I consider Warren to be an integral part of my well being. I have the utmost respect for Warren and consider him a friend. I can say without hesitation that Warren is the best trainer I have had, and I feel very fortunate to work with him.
